About Us
In 2024, we launched as the Central Arkansas Hope Coalition, bringing together peer support specialists, treatment professionals, regional prevention professionals, and City of Little Rock staff to survey the community and identify the needs of Central Arkansas. Our intention was to develop a portable, collaboration-based program model that could eliminate opioid overdoses in Central Arkansas. We are now dedicated to taking that program model county to county in the natural state, using community assessment, collaboration, and direct service delivery to accomplish our mission. We aim to reduce opioid overdoses, as well as hunger and poverty statewide, one community at a time.

Our Mission
Our mission to expand access to substance abuse treatment and other resources in communities throughout Arkansas by ensuring that the organizations working on the frontlines have the resources they need to serve the community and assist them in creating lasting change.
Our Vision
Our vision is to establish a community hub that provides access to substance abuse treatment, recovery, and poverty eliminating resources in all 75 counties of the State of Arkansas. We believe in creating supportive environments that empower individuals to overcome challenges and build a brighter future for themselves and their families.

Our Advisory Board
Our strength lies in our individuality. Founded by Antoientte Racy, a career USDA Program Administrator and Community Organizer, our team strives to bring real solutions and real assistance to the people of Central Arkansas and beyond.
